For Job Seekers

How to browse & search jobs

  • Use the Job Board search and filters to find roles that match your skills.
  • Click a job to view full details.
  • If a job shows a Verified employer indicator, it means the company is in our trust program.

How to apply

  • Click Apply on a job.
  • If the job uses an external application link, you’ll be taken to that company’s site.
  • If the job uses internal apply, complete the form and submit.
  • Uploading a resume (PDF/DOC/DOCX) makes future applications faster.

Candidate Dashboard

Your Candidate Dashboard is the control center for your resume and applications.

  • Signed in as shows your Email and Username.
  • My Resume: Upload/Replace and Preview your current resume.
  • My Applications: Track application status and view your progress.
  • Withdraw Application: If available, you can withdraw an application from your dashboard.

Withdrawing an application

Withdrawing does not delete history — it updates your application status to Withdrawn. This cannot be undone. If you want to be considered again, you may need to re-apply.

Employer Help

Post jobs, manage applicants, manage company info
For Employers

Posting jobs

  • An active plan is required to post jobs.
  • Go to the Employer Dashboard and use Post a Job.
  • After posting, use My Jobs to manage your listings.

Employer Dashboard (Applicants)

  • X-off: marks an applicant for your own reference (does not delete).
  • Click the candidate name to open the candidate card and preview their resume.
  • Remove Candidate hides them from your view (it does not delete the application).

Company & Account card

Employers can update company info (name, website, logo URL) and contact details. Your logo and company block appear where applicable.

  • Click Edit to make changes.
  • Click Save to apply updates.
  • Password updates are kept separate so the Company card stays clean.

EEO Aggregate (Corporate only)

EEO aggregate reporting is available to Corporate plans only. Use the Employer Dashboard EEO section to load reporting by date range.

Forgot your password?

Use the password reset page any time you can’t remember your password.

  • Go to: /auth/reset
  • Enter your Username or Email and request a reset link.
  • Follow the reset link in your email and set a new password.

Change password (while logged in)

On your dashboard, click Edit, then choose Update Password. You’ll enter your old password, new password, and confirmation.

  • If you don’t remember the old password, use Forgot Password.
  • For shared/public computers, log out when finished.

After checkout: Attach / Claim your purchase (Session ID workflow)

After you pay, Stripe redirects you to the Billing Success page. On that page, you will attach your purchase using your Stripe Session ID (it starts with cs_).

  1. Complete checkout in Stripe.
  2. Stripe sends you back to the Billing Success page (automatic redirect).
  3. On the success page, find your Session ID (starts with cs_).
  4. Click Attach / Claim Purchase and confirm.
  5. If the email you used at Stripe doesn’t match your QuickHire employer account email, attachment will fail.

If you need support, include your Email + Username and your Session ID (cs_…) when you contact us.
